2.5 Account Closure or Suspension

tap55 reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following cases:

Providing false or incomplete information.
Violation of these Terms.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Bonus abuse or collusion.
Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tap55 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional time may be required if identity verification or a security review is needed.

Please note: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance including the deposit.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

Each bonus offer must be used within its specified validity period.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotional terms state otherwise.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all wagering requirements related to the bonus have been met.
tap55 may modify or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If a user exploits any loophole in the bonus system or attempts to collect bonuses fraudulently, tap55 reserves the right to forfeit that bonus and any related winnings, and to close the account.

4.5 VIP Program

Regular users can join our VIP program, which has five tiers:

Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.
Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

Reaching a higher tier depends on regular and active participation on the platform.

5 Gaming Rules & Betting Regulations

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

5.2 Bet Cancellation Terms

Bets may be cancelled or refunded in the following situations:
